We’ve recently been informed of an Instagram platform-wide issue that may be affecting your links on Instagram Stories. This issue is causing some Instagram Story links to be un-clickable.
This is not specific to Collective Voice links, but we want to provide the best guidance for you & your followers, so they can successfully shop your links.
What should I inform my followers if I encounter this issue?
- Exit out the Instagram app, then update and re-open Instagram
- Restart their phones
- Revisit my links on my Instagram Stories or TapTo.Shop in my link-in-bio
We advise that you inform your creators via Instagram Story or your preferred form of communication, to keep your shoppers up to date! We will also be sure to provide any further updates when Instagram shares any information on the issue from their end.
