Once you’ve logged in to your Collective Voice account, create your Look, which is a shoppable photo. Click “Create” and “Look” to get started.
In the last step of creating your Look, you’ll see the option to enable Shop The Look. In order to do so, you’ll need to connect your Instagram Business or Creator account so our system can work its automation magic! This is a one-time setup.
Set up personalized trigger words that you’d like to assign to your Look, so it can match the content you’re posting. You can assign up to 5 trigger words and emojis per Shop The Look-enabled content.
Shop The Look supports automated DMs sent through static Image posts, Reels, Carousels, AND Instagram Lives. Once you’ve enabled Shop The Look, add the exact image from your Look to your Instagram as any of the supported formats. Inform your followers in the caption that they’ll need to comment any of the assigned trigger words in order to receive the automated links to your Look!
Use the image from your Look as the cover image in your Reel to activate the automation.
Use a unique trigger word in your Shop The Look-enabled Look before starting an IG Live and informing your followers to comment. This trigger word must be specific to one (1) active Look at a time.
